We accept Bangkok Bank credit card, Visa credit card, Visa Electron and MasterCard credit card. We cannot accept payment by cheque for orders made via the internet.

We offer two delivery options:

• Standard Delivery - allow up to 10 working days or 2 weeks for delivery. (50 Baht)
• Express Delivery - your order will be delivered within 5 working days. (100 Baht)
  (This service applies to Bangkok only)
• Express Delivery is not available on Personalised Cards.

We can only deliver within the Kingdom of Thailand. If you are not based in Thailand, please click here to locate your nearest UNICEF office.

Your order will be processed straight away, but please allow up to 10 working days or 2 weeks for delivery. For Cards & Gifts delivery will be made within 10* working days for standard service and within 5* working days if you have chosen our Express Delivery Service. Personalised Cards will be delivered within 15* working days or 3 weeks after the final artwork is confirmed. Express delivery is not available on these items. Payment will be taken at point of goods despatch (except for Personalised Cards where payment will be taken at order processing stage). In case of query, please call 662 3569299 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), quoting your order reference number.
